Melting Moments Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. cornstarch
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stir together flour, cornstarch and sugar.
    In large bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat margarine until smooth.
    Add flour mixture and vanilla.
    Beat until well blended.
    Refrigerate 1 hour. Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Place about 1 1/2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Flatten with fork.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Cool on wire rack.
    Makes 3 dozen cookies.
