Coconut Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. pecans
    1 c. powdered sugar
    3 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. coconut pudding
    3 c. milk
    1/3 c. coconut, toasted
    1 stick margarine
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    9 oz. carton whipped topping
Preparation
    Cook pudding in milk; set aside until cold.
    Combine flour, butter and pecans.
    Pat into a buttered 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Cool.
    Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
    Add pudding, cream cheese mixture and 1 cup of whipped topping and mix.
    Pour over crust.
    Spread with remaining topping and sprinkle with toasted coconut.
