Onion Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. onion, minced
    1 c. hot water
    cornflake crumbs
    2 c. flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. rye flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. buttermilk
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Combine onion and hot water.
    Set aside.
    Generously grease 2 (8 x 5-inch) loaf dishes.
    Coat bottom and sides of each dish with fine cornflake crumbs.
