Potato Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter, softened
    3 1/4 c. plain flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 1/2 c. coarsely crushed ridged potato chips
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Blend in flour and vanilla. Carefully fold in potato chips.
    Add pecans.
    Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes just until barely browned.
    Dust with confectioners sugar if desired.
