Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 qt. popcorn
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. brown sugar
    1 c. margarine
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    pinch of cream of tartar
Preparation
    Boil the sugar, margarine and corn syrup for 5 minutes.
    Add cream of tartar.
    Pour over popcorn.
    Place on baking sheet; bake at 225\u00b0 for an hour.
