Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat together eggs and sugar.
    Add vegetable oil and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Add zucchini. Pour into 1 large greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
