Lemon Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
3 1/2 c. cake flour, sifted
1 c. butter
5 well beaten egg whites
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Sift flour and baking powder.
Add flour mixture alternately with milk to the butter and sugar. Beat good.
Add vanilla and fold in egg whites but do not beat. Makes 5 layers.
