Pear Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. pears, peeled and grated
    3 oz. applesauce
    3 oz. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine flour, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and pecans in a large bowl.
    In a separate dish, combine oil, eggs, sugar, pears and vanilla.
    Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
    Spoon mixture into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until bread tests done.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
