Italian Chocolate Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shortening
    4 c. sugar
    4 tsp. vanilla extract
    8 eggs
    2 c. cocoa
    3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream shortening, sugar, vanilla and eggs.
    Add dry ingredients and mix well.
    Drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheet an inch apart.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Makes a lot, so you can cut it in half.
