Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire or soy sauce
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. finely shredded cabbage
    1/2 c. finely shredded carrots
    1/4 c. finely shredded bell pepper
    1 slice bread, crumbled
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    wonton wrappers
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain and add onion and other vegetables. Cook slightly.
    Take from heat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Shape into small balls and place in wonton wrappers.
    Roll and seal ends.
    Deep fry in hot oil on medium heat, turning once, 5 to 7 minutes.
