Zucchini Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. zucchini
    1 qt. spaghetti sauce
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
    1 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 lb. Mozzarella, grated
Preparation
    Scrub and trim zucchini, then cut into long thin slices. Bring 1-inch water to boil in a large pot.
    Add 1 teaspoon salt. Cook zucchini about 5 minutes.
    Drain.
