Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, cooked and peeled
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/3 c. green onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. sour cream (room temperature)
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Coarsely shred the potatoes.
    Add cheese and melted butter. Mix lightly and add onion, salt, pepper and sour cream.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
