Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. grated, peeled, raw zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add the sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla.
    Mix lightly, but well.
    Combine the flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
    Then add to zucchini mixture.
    Stir until well blended.
    Add nuts.
    Pour into 2 (9 x 5 x 3-inch) greased loaf pans.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Cool on rack.
