Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. whipping cream
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Bake 4 to 6 potatoes until done.
    Carefully scoop potato out of skin and put it in a bowl.
    Separate eggs; add yolks, butter, cream, salt and pepper.
    Blend until smooth.
    Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into potatoes.
    Fill skins with mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
