Pork Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 fresh pork shoulders
1 medium minced sauteed onion
1 c. vinegar
2 1/2 c. ketchup
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
dash of salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Bake shoulders 40 minutes per pound or until tender.
Remove all fat.
Shred or dice meat.
Add meat to remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
Freezes well.
