Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar (1 brown)
2 c. grated zucchini (can be grated in blender)
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped pecan or walnut
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Beat eggs, then add oil, sugar, grated zucchini and vanilla.
Cream all these together.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.
Add nuts.
Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans (2 1/2 x 4 x 8-inch).
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
