Melt-In-The-Mouth Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla (can use almond or coconut extract for variation)
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    4 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Cream together the margarine, sugars, oil, vanilla and eggs. Add dry ingredients.
    On lightly greased cookie sheet, drop by spoonful, flatten and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon or let stand overnight in refrigerator and roll in balls.
    Roll in sugar and cinnamon or colored sugar, then flatten. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes.
