Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    6 ripe mashed bananas
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Gradually add eggs, bananas, flour, soda, and salt.
    Stir in nuts and pour into 4 small greased and floured pans or 2 large pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
