Apfel Chuechli (Swiss Apple Fritters) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 heaping tbsp. flour
    3/4 cup cold water
    1 tbsp. vinegar
    1 tbsp. salad oil
    1 egg
    pinch of salt
    apples, peeled and sliced
Preparation
    Make a dough with flour, water, vinegar, oil, salt and egg yolk.
    Beat egg white and add.
    Cut apples in circular slices.
    Dip them into the dough and fry in deep fat until golden brown.
    Remove from deep fryer, and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
    Serve at once.
