Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened
    2 eggs
    1 c. (2 medium) mashed ripe bananas
    1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (if desired)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease bottom only of 9 x 5-inch or 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
    In a large bowl beat sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.
    Beat in eggs and blend in bananas, milk and vanilla.
    Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
    In a small bowl, combine flour, nuts, soda and salt; mix well.
    Add to banana mixture; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour into greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until done.
    Remove.
    Cool on wire rack.
    Wrap tightly and store in refrigerator.
