Easy Short Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef short ribs
    1 1/2 tsp. minced onions
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. ground oregano
    salt to taste
    celery leaves
    favorite beef dressing
Preparation
    Season short ribs.
    Let stand for 2 hours or overnight.
    In roasting pan, place onions and celery leaves first and place the short ribs on top.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 to 6 hours.
    Pour fat off. Serve dressed with favorite dressing.
