Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/4 c. oil
    1 (16 oz.) frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    red food coloring
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and sugar. Make well in dry ingredients. Add eggs and oil, stirring only until moist. Stir in berries, pecans and food coloring. Spoon batter into 2 greased 8-inch loaf pans and bake for 1 hour or until bread tests done with a toothpick. Let stand overnight before cutting.
