Cheese Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
4 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
1 1/3 c. milk
1/3 lb. grated cheese
1 c. butter
Preparation

Mix 1 cup flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a bowl.
Warm the milk and
add
to
bowl.
Mix
thoroughly.\tAdd cheese and butter. Mix.
Add\tremaining flour, mix well and set aside in a
warm place, covered for 1 hour.\tPunch down dough and wait 15
minutes. Punch down again and form into a round ball in a pan
and\tallow to rise for 1 hour.
Place in a 12-inch Dutch oven and bake for 30 minutes.
