Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Drain pineapple well.
    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda in a large bowl.
    Add egg, pineapple, margarine and vanilla; mix with wooden spoon until blended.
    Turn into greased loaf pan.
    Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    If made as muffins, bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
