Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. grated peeled zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 c. pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy; add sugar, vanilla and oil.
    Blend well.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, soda and cinnamon.
    Blend with first mixture.
    Fold in nuts. Turn into 2 loaf pans or a Bundt pan.
    Bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
