Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. margarine
1 c. pecan pieces
Preparation

Sift together

ingredients.
Combine pumpkin, sugar, milk and eggs
in
bowl. Add dry ingredients and margarine.
Mix only until\tflour is moistened. Stir in nuts.
Bake in well-greased 9 x 5 x
3-inch loaf pan in oven (350\u00b0) for 65 minutes or until toothpick\tinserted
comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan.
Makes 1 loaf.
