Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten until foamy
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix eggs, oil and sugar. Add 1 cup flour, salt and soda.
    Mix. Add zucchini and 2 cups flour. Beat well.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour into greased loaf pans. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Can be frozen. Makes 2 loaves.
