Nuts And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms (reserve liquid)
    1 (20 oz.) can Loma Linda Tenderbits (reserve liquid)
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    4 Tbsp. corn oil
    1 can mushroom soup
    3/4 can liquid (use water and reserved liquid)
    1 1/2 c. broken raw cashew nuts
    1 large can chow mein noodles
    breading meal
Preparation
    Cut drained Tenderbits in fourths, bread with meal and brown in hot oil.
    Saute mushrooms, celery and onion in corn oil.
    Add all ingredients and mix well.
    Place in oiled casserole dish and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
