Reuben Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices rye bread
6 large slices Swiss cheese
12 slices corned beef
3/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
1/2 c. sauerkraut
Preparation

Spread bread slices with dressing.
On 6 slices, lay 1/2 slice cheese; on top of that 2 slices corned beef, 2 teaspoons sauerkraut, then 1/2 slice of cheese.
Top all with another slice of bread.
Spread outside of bread with butter and grill until cheese is melted.
Serves 6.
