Ingredients

1 c. oil or applesauce
1 c. margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix oil or applesauce, margarine and sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla, then add flour, salt, baking soda and cream of tartar. Finally add oatmeal, rice cereal, chocolate chips, nuts and coconut.
Bake on cookie sheets at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 18 minutes.
