Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar and oil.
    Add vanilla; mix well.
    Add zucchini, then flour and cinnamon.
    Stir in nuts or raisins.
    Bake in two greased and floured loaf pans for 1 hour or until done at 350\u00b0.
    Cool in pans 10 minutes.
