Bacon Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    4 medium tomatoes
    1 c. toasted bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp, reserving 2 tablespoons of bacon drippings.
    Crumble 5 slices of bacon and set aside.
    Saute onion and celery in bacon drippings.
    Wash and cut tops off tomatoes. Spoon out tomato pulp.
    Cook over low the tomato pulp, onion and celery until tender.
    Add bacon crumbs, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
