Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. unpared shredded zucchini
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Spread in pan and bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Can be made ahead and frozen.
