Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. lean ground beef
    3/4 lb. bulk sausage
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    2/3 c. milk
    1/3 c. ketchup
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pack into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 and 1/2 hours.
    Yield: 8 servings. Carbohydrate 22 g, protein 23 g, fat 35 g, calories 500.
