Super Supper Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. lean beef chuck roast, cut into 2-inch chunks
    4 medium carrots, cut into chunks
    4 medium potatoes, cut into chunks
    1 medium onion, sliced
    3 cans undiluted cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Put meat and vegetables into large, round baking dish (Dutch oven).
    Spread soup over meat and veggies.
    (No need to stir.) Sprinkle pepper over all.
    Cover and bake for 4 hours at 275\u00b0. Remove from oven.
