Banana Treasure - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large bananas
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. light brown sugar
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
2 Tbsp. rum
Preparation

Peel bananas.
(If using large bananas, split lengthwise.) Melt butter or margarine in large skillet over low heat.
Add sugar and stir until melted.
Add bananas and saute just until tender, turning once, about 10 minutes.
In bowl, blend softened ice cream and rum.
Remove bananas.
Sprinkle brown sugar glaze over them.
