Quick Yeast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1 c. warm milk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add flour and remaining ingredients.
    This makes a thin dough.
    Let rise 15 minutes, covered.
    Pour into bread pan or spoon into muffin pan.
    Let rise 15 more minutes.
    Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Brush tops with butter.
