Lefse (Norwegian Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. instant potatoes
    3 1/2 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. Crisco
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat instant potatoes into the other ingredients except flour. Cool thoroughly (overnight).
    Work in flour; form into a thick roll.
    Divide into 16 pieces.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Take out a few pieces at a time to roll out and bake on a dry griddle.
