Bran Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    3 or 4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. Kellogg's All-Bran
    1 c. lukewarm water
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add 1 tablespoon sugar.
    Set aside for 5 minutes.
    Add to sifted flour and mix well.
    Add All-Bran.
    Let rise until doubled in bulk.
    Brush top with melted butter.
    Punch down and let rise again.
    Roll dough for 3 (5 x 9-inch) pans and let rise.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
