Microwaved Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
7 to 8 pared, cored and sliced apples*
1 tsp. lemon juice
pastry for 9-inch (2 crust) pie plate
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour, lemon peel and cinnamon.
Toss with apples and lemon juice.
Turn into pastry lined pie plate.
Adjust top crust.
Seal and flute edges.
Cut vents into crust.
Microwave at High 10 to 12 minutes or until filling is bubbly.
Then bake in conventional oven at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden.
