Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white Karo syrup
    1 c. dry roasted peanuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix together sugar and Karo syrup in 1 1/2-quart casserole (glass) dish.
    Cook on High for 4 minutes.
    Add peanuts and cook 3 1/2 minutes more on High.
    Add vanilla and margarine.
    Stir well. Cook on High for 1 minute.
    Add baking soda and mix well until foamy.
    Quickly pour onto buttered cookie sheet.
    Let cool and then break and eat.
