Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. oil
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. grated raw carrots
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
-
Mix oil, sugar and eggs.
Add next 5 ingredients and mix well. Add in carrots and nuts.
Put in greased bread pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
