Turkey Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. light mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
    2 c. cooked chopped turkey
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 medium apple, chopped
    1 c. seedless grapes, halved
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1/2 c. toasted pecan halves
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise, honey and ginger.
    Mix well.
    Add all remaining ingredients except pecans.
    Mix lightly.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Chill.
    Stir in pecans just before serving.
    This is a heavenly salad.
