Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. salad oil
2/3 c. water
Preparation
-
Put dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Quickly add all remaining liquid ingredients in order.
Mix until dry ingredients are moistened.
Pour in 2 to 3 greased and floured pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool.
Use metal pans.
