Cherry Topped Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Deluxe II yellow cake mix
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Reserve 1 cup of dry cake mix.
    In a large bowl combine remaining cake
    mix,
    1
    egg and oil (will be crumbly).
    Press mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan evenly on bottom and 3/4 up sides of
    pan.
    In
    the
    same
    bowl
    blend
    the softened cream cheese and sugar.
    Add 3 eggs and reserved cake mix.
    Beat for 1 minute
    at medium speed.
    At low speed, add milk and flavorings. Mix
    until smooth.
    Pour into crust.
    Bake for 45 to 55 minutes in a
    300\u00b0 oven until center is firm.
    When cool, top with pie filling.
    Chill before serving!
