Squash Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. grated squash
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. nuts
3 c. flour
Preparation

Mix eggs, beaten with oil, vanilla and grated squash.
In another larger bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, soda, salt and nuts.
Pour egg mixture into dry ingredients and gradually stir them together.
When all ingredients are moistened, beat batter well.
Bake in two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 until spongy to touch.
