Indian Fry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    3 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk or water
    vegetable oil (for deep fat frying, you will need about 2 qt.)
Preparation
    Place the flour, baking powder and salt in a medium-size bowl; make a well in the center and pour in the milk or water.
    Stir briskly (just until dry ingredients are uniformly moistened).
