Chicken Cutlets Mozzarella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken cutlets
    egg, beaten
    bread crumbs
    Mozzarella cheese
    melted margarine
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts in halves.
    Cut off fat.
    Pound.
    I use a rolling pin.
    Lay Mozzarella cheese on cutlet.
    Roll up and serve with toothpicks.
    Dip in egg, then bread crumbs.
    Drizzle with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Cook on foiled pan.
    Easy clean up.
