Low-Fat Pumpkin Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. egg whites or liquid egg substitute
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. canola oil
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 c. unbleached flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease or spray a jellyroll pan. Combine egg whites, sugar, buttermilk, corn syrup, oil and pumpkin in a large mixing bowl.
Combine flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and baking soda in a medium bowl.
Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture; stir until just combined.
Add raisins, if using.
