Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed and halved
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 egg
    1/2 box chopped frozen broccoli, drained
    1/2 pkg. shredded Parmesan cheese
    1/2 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Half the thawed bread dough and roll out to size of bread pan. Brown sausage; season with salt, pepper and garlic.
    Drain fat. Stir in beaten egg, broccoli (well drained), Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
    Spread on the rolled out dough and roll up like jellyroll cake.
    Seal ends with leftover dough.
    Grease pan lightly.
    Place roll in pan and cover lightly with cooking oil. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown and crusty, about 45 minutes.
    Cool before slicing.
